Orders for Delivery in the USA
If you have ordered one of our Products for delivery to an address within the United States, your order will be processed and fulfilled by licensed, third-party retailers within the AccelPay network.
Your transaction will be facilitated through those retailers, and all applicable AccelPay policies apply.
By placing an order through AccelPay, you agree to be bound by AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, ecommerce and payment terms, and any other conditions established by AccelPay or its retail partners.

Shipping Policy
- Orders ship only within the continental United States.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days.
Standard delivery may take an additional 3–8 business days, depending on your location. - Any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and valid ID upon delivery.
Fulfillment and Carriers
Our products are shipped by a third-party partner, specifically retailers in AccelPay’s licensed network.
Retailers may use a variety of carriers, including GLS and UPS.
If your order contains both alcohol and merchandise, these items will be shipped separately.
Refund & Return Policy
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@accelpay.io before your order ships.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed but will be accommodated whenever possible.
Returns
Orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact support@accelpay.io, and our team will correct the issue.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo of the issue to support@accelpay.io, and we will review your claim promptly.
If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@accelpay.io within 3 business days, including a photo of the damage.
Our team will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days after review.
Delivery Standards
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver your order to the address provided.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package remains undeliverable after three attempts, it will be deemed “undeliverable” and returned to the retailer.
Recipient Responsibility
If your package is undeliverable, you may be responsible for the following fees:
- Refund Requests:
A $25 Undeliverable Package Fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. - Reshipment Requests:
A $40 flat fee will apply, covering both the reshipment and the undeliverable package fee.
Additional fees may apply depending on order contents.
