Our bourbon begins with 87% dent corn — the backbone of this mash bill. Sweet, full-bodied, and round, it lends caramel and vanilla undertones that bourbon lovers expect.
To balance the richness, 11% unmalted rye brings a peppery snap with hints of clove and baking spice — a lively edge that keeps the sweetness in check. Finally, 2% malted barley works quietly in the background, unlocking fermentation and adding a subtle nutty character.
This isn’t just a mash bill — it’s a statement: bold, sweet, and balanced with a spark of spice.

Our Founders Reserve is a corn-driven powerhouse, silky on the palate yet lifted with rye’s spice. Each barrel is aged through Colorado’s hot summers and cold winters, where dramatic temperature swings draw the spirit deep into the oak and back again — layering warmth, spice, and complexity.
